Good to know before you go
- The American Legation is open Monday to Friday (10 am–1 pm and 3 pm–5 pm) according to the Contact page of legation.org, consulted on 16 October 2026; another page on the same site also mentions weekend opening. On a Saturday or Sunday, phone ahead or replace it with the Cinémathèque.
- Between 1 pm and 3 pm the Legation is closed (same source): visit it in the morning or late afternoon.
- Kasbah Museum: possibly closed on Tuesdays (fnm.ma, 16 October 2026: contradictory information).
- The route ends at Café Hafa: the return to the Grand Socco is not counted; it is shown below the list of stops.
- No time is planned for meals: add a lunch break, for example in the medina after the Legation.
